What does the role look like?
As a Warehouse Associate at Urva Prep Center, you'll play a key role in the daily warehouse operations. You’ll be assigned to one of our two warehouse departments, receiving or shipping.
- Receiving: Unpackage inbound client shipments and scan inventory accurately into our system.
- Shipping: Scan and box client inventory, consolidating it into outbound FBA shipments headed to Amazon.
Shifts
8 Hour Shift
- 7:00am-3:00pm
Compensation
This position starts at $16.00/hr, with raises available for employees who consistently exceed their performance metrics.
Performance Metrics
High performers are rewarded with raises. Employees who consistently fall short of expectations will be let go.
- Productivity: Units received, shipped, or stored per shift, measured against daily targets
- Reliability: Consistent on-time attendance and dependability across scheduled shifts
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new warehouse processes quickly and accurately
